CORRECTIVE EXERCISE
Corrective Exercise is used to help assess and determine the root cause of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with posture, balance, and total body coordination. Once the issue or issues are identified, a corrective exercise specialist can then develop an exercise routine that addresses the problem through stretching and total body exercises, enabling your body to better handle the load that everyday movement puts on it. It can also balance the body to allow for improved performance in athletic individuals and helps reduce the risk of future injury.

PILATES
Pilates in an exercise system developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen muscles, increase mobility and improve overall health. Pilates focuses on engaging the mind and body together to create exercises that involve the whole person. Every exercise is performed with attention to the breath, proper form, and efficient movement patterns. Exercises are performed on the mat and/or specially designed equipment, whichever is best for your body. Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, increases coordination, and decreases stress. The exercises are relatively safe, low impact, and appropriate for everyone from 10 to 100. Pilates focuses on learning to move better so the benefits are felt in everyday life.

PRENATAL THERAPIES

Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage, fitness, and related therapies help to release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

TANDEM MASSAGE
Four hands working at the same time! Two therapists work together to provide a therapeutic, relaxing massage. You get double the work in the same amount of time. With extra sensory input, the body can relax at a faster rate allowing for a more relaxing massage.

COUPLES MASSAGE
Get a massage with a friend or loved one by booking our couples massage. This a shared experience where both massages will be performed by two therapists in the same room. What a great choice for those wishing to celebrate an anniversary, have a girls day out, or for someone desperately needing a massage who is too nervous to make an appointment.
